Disclaimer

General Disclaimer

This page is published by damanbigwin.com (“this guide,” “we,” or “our”), an independent, unofficial informational guide covering the Daman Games platform. We are not Daman Games, we do not operate its servers or accounts, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Daman Games or its operator. The information and content on this guide are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for informational purposes only. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Disclaimer in full.

Daman Games makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the operation of its platform, the accuracy of information presented, or the outcomes of any gaming activities. You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of this platform and all outcomes arising therefrom.

No Guarantee of Winnings

Daman Games expressly disclaims any guarantee or assurance of winnings, profits, or returns of any kind. All games available on its platform, including but not limited to Color Prediction, Teen Patti Live, Andar Bahar, Slot Games, Cricket Betting, and Flash Lottery, involve an element of chance and randomness.

2.1 Nature of Gaming Outcomes

• All game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are entirely unpredictable
• Past performance or previous wins do not guarantee, predict, or influence future outcomes
• No strategy, betting system, or method can guarantee consistent winnings on the platform
• The platform maintains a mathematical edge (house edge) on all games, which means over time the platform is statistically likely to retain a portion of all wagers
• Winnings displayed in promotional materials represent exceptional cases and are not indicative of typical user outcomes

2.2 Color Prediction Games Disclaimer

Color prediction games on Daman Games are games of chance. Any strategies, prediction techniques, or systems advertised or discussed in third-party channels are not endorsed by Daman Games and cannot reliably predict outcomes. Users engage in these games at their own risk and financial discretion.

Financial Risk Warning

Participation in real-money gaming activities carries significant financial risk. Daman Games strongly advises all users to carefully consider the following before engaging with its platform:

• Only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose — never use emergency funds, savings, or borrowed money
• Set strict deposit limits and stick to them — the platform offers responsible gaming tools to help you manage your spending
• Chasing losses is a dangerous behavior that often leads to greater financial harm — if you find yourself doing this, stop immediately
• Gambling can become addictive — if you feel you are losing control of your gambling behavior, seek help from a professional organization
• Do not treat gambling as a source of income or a means to solve financial problems

Daman Games is not liable for any financial losses, debts, or financial difficulties arising from use of its platform. All deposits are made voluntarily by the user, and the user accepts full financial responsibility for their gaming activities.

Age Restriction Disclaimer

Daman Games is strictly a platform for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering and using its services, you expressly confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You are of the legal age required to participate in online gaming activities in your country, state, or jurisdiction
• You are not accessing this platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law
• All registration information you have provided is accurate and truthful

Legal Jurisdiction Disclaimer

As of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 (passed in August 2025 and in force nationwide since 1 May 2026), India has a nationwide ban on real-money online games — covering games of chance, games of skill, and mixed formats — which includes colour prediction and Wingo-style number-prediction gaming. Offering such games can carry penalties of up to 3 years' imprisonment or a ₹1 crore fine, and advertising or promoting them can carry penalties of up to 2 years or a ₹50 lakh fine. The Act's constitutionality is being challenged in court and its final scope may change. Outside India, the legality of online gaming still varies by country and jurisdiction, and it is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure that their participation complies with the laws applicable in their location.

• Daman Games does not guarantee that its services are legal or available in your jurisdiction
• Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own legal risk
• Daman Games reserves the right to restrict access to users from specific regions or jurisdictions as required by law
• This guide is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a user’s decision to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction

Before participating, consult a qualified legal professional about your own situation rather than relying on any website, including this one.

Is Daman Games Safe and Legal in India?

This is the single most common question we receive, so here is our direct, honest answer rather than a marketing claim. On the security side: Daman Games encrypts every session with SSL, so login and payment data are never transmitted in plain text, and all deposits and withdrawals route through established payment gateways — UPI, net banking and IMPS — rather than the platform storing card details directly on its servers. Every game outcome, including Color Prediction, is generated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) that cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any player, employee, or third party, and the platform enforces a strict 18+ age policy with built-in responsible gaming tools (deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion) covered in Section 09 of this page.

On the legal side, we will not tell you something is guaranteed legal. The Act's constitutionality is being challenged in court and its final scope may change, but the nationwide ban is the current law. Daman Games does not hold out any specific state or national gaming licence, and this guide is not a licensed financial institution or a court of law, so nothing on this page constitutes legal advice. "Safe" here refers only to the security controls, RNG-based fairness, and responsible gaming safeguards described above; it says nothing about the legality of playing where you live, which is now governed by the Act described here.
